I am a 1976 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School. Following graduation I have practiced dentistry in Scottsdale Arizona for the past 36 years. My areas of interest are restorative dentistry, temporomandibular disorders, and mild to moderate orofacial pain disorders. I completed training at the L.D. Pankey Institute in 1982, and The Dawson Center in 1989. I have been studying with Dr. Terry Tanaka since 1996. Terry sparked my interest in dental research, and it has proven to be invaluable in my daily practice. I am also very interested in evidenced based dentistry, and decision making, how it can be used, and abused in our decision making processes. I also hold membership in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Orofacial Pain, and the Academy of Dentistry International.
