History of AES

The American Equilibration Society was founded in 1955 and the first meeting was held at the Conrad Hilton Hotel in Chicago, Illinois on February 6, 1956. It has a multidisciplined membership. The word Equilibration, as used to name the Society, refers to "Balanced Assessment" as determined by the healing arts in the study of recurring dental phenomena. The concept of the word Equilibration encourages this balanced assessment of the dentist product for consideration toward aiding medical diagnosis and choice or choices of patient treatment.
